
Ingredients:
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 8 Sprigs Dill
- 8 Sprigs Parsley
- 3/4 Small Yellow Onion
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1.5 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Mince garlic and sauté with oil over medium heat, for approximately 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and pulse about 10 times, just until everything is combined.
- Add minced garlic to blender and pulse 2 more times, just to incorporate fully.
- Refrigerate overnight, and dressing will become about 25% thicker.
- Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
