Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 5 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk
  • 3/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 8 Sprigs Dill
  • 8 Sprigs Parsley
  • 3/4 Small Yellow Onion
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mince garlic and sauté with oil over medium heat, for approximately 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and pulse about 10 times, just until everything is combined.
  3. Add minced garlic to blender and pulse 2 more times, just to incorporate fully.
  4. Refrigerate overnight, and dressing will become about 25% thicker.
  5. Keep refrigerated for up to 7 days.
This recipe goes great with wings, as a salad dressing or even on sandwiches and wraps
